Counselling in Ipswich & Online Therapy UK

Acorn to Oak Therapy Practice
Offering counselling in Ipswich and online therapy across the UK. A calm, supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.
Online Therapy (UK-Wide Counselling)

I offer online therapy for adults aged 18 and over across the UK, providing flexible and accessible support wherever you are.

Sessions take place using Doxy.me, a secure and confidential video platform designed specifically for counselling and healthcare. You simply receive a private link before your session — no downloads or technical setup required.

Online counselling can be a helpful option if you prefer the comfort of your own space or need therapy that fits around work, family, or other commitments. It offers the same depth of therapeutic work as face-to-face sessions, with the added convenience of being accessible from home.

Sessions are 50 minutes and are priced at £45 per session. To get the most from online therapy, a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection are recommended.

Modern Interior Decor

I offer in-person counselling in Ipswich at Suffolk Yoga, a calm and welcoming wellbeing space.

This location provides a supportive environment for therapy, with comfortable rooms designed for confidential and focused sessions.

There are a number of therapy rooms within the building.

A ground floor room with disabled access is available at certain times, alongside my dedicated counselling room on the second floor, which offers a more private and settled space for ongoing work.

I aim to make counselling in Ipswich as accessible and inclusive as possible and will always do my best to accommodate individual needs.

Face-to-face sessions are 50 minutes and are priced at £45 per session.

Flexible Support
Whether you choose online therapy or face-to-face counselling in Ipswich, you are welcome to choose the option that feels most comfortable for you. This can also be reviewed at any time, allowing therapy to adapt as your needs or circumstances change.
Taking the First Step
I offer a free initial telephone conversation of around 15–20 minutes. This gives us the opportunity to talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, go through an initial assessment if you feel comfortable, and begin to get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit for you.
If you’re considering counselling and this feels like a good fit, you’re welcome to reach out. We can take the first step together with an initial conversation.
